Crystal Wall, owner and creator of Mixfitz Studios, is redefining dance fitness with her gritty hip-hop infused moves known as the Mixfitz Turn Up. Voted as one of Houston Chronicle's Most Fascinating People in 2014 and one of Houston Chronicle's Top Trainers of 2015, Crystal is committed to motivating and inspiring others to live a healthier lifestyle.

As a southern born Texas girl, Crystal Wall often equated food with love and happiness. Realizing a change was necessary for her health, Crystal transformed her eating habits, incorporated exercise into her daily routine and educated herself on healthy living.

This transformation journey led Crystal Wall to lose a total of 75 pounds. Inspired by her own journey, she realized she could encourage other women to make positive changes in their lives as well.

As a health advocate and first lady of Feel Rich, Inc., a health and wellness company created by Quincy Jones III and Shawn Ullman, Crystal has hosted for organizations such as, The Edelman Wellness Salon with the Today's Show Joy Bauer, and Walker's Legacy Foundation.

In addition to hosting and speaking, she is the National Ambassador and spokesperson for both American Heart’s Go Red and the American Stroke Association. Crystal has also partnered with Tyrese and Nia Long for Johnson and Johnson’s Text 4 Baby campaign held at Beyoncé’s House of Dereon.

Crystal Wall resides in Houston, Texas with husband, rapper Paul Wall, and their two children. She offers daily group fitness classes at Mixfitz Studios located in the Heights, Houston, Texas.
